Very cold bedside manner
25 minutes late to my appointment, she rushes in, doesn't introduce herself to me, and starts belting information at me. Very little attentive care to me as the patient. When I thanked her as she got up to leave, she just grunted, didn't look up from her laptop, and walked out the door. I'm actually canceling my appointment after this experience. I'll look for an office who values my time and money more.
