NP Downton is a life saver in more ways than one. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, I always feel very comfortable with her and I know she will listen to me and take my concerns seriously. Some doctors are very smart but don't have a very good bedside manner. Others have a good bedside manner but don't seem as astute. NP Downton is both! She is very smart but also has a great bedside manner and really cares about her patients. I would trust her with my family. She's a Godsend!!!

The nurse practitioner Ms. Downton is great! I really feel like she listens to me. She is very smart and knowledgeable but she still explains things in a simple way that makes sense to me. At my last appointment I had a couple things I had been worried about and Ms. Downton took extra time to listen to me and ease my mind. She never made me feel rushed or silly for asking a lot of questions. She's wonderful! I would recommend her to anyone.
