Stephanie Burkholder has consistently been the most irresponsible mid level our family has encountered. My 16 year old daughter who was under this women's care attempted suicide last fall and her PCP did NOTHING to inquire let alone see HER patient in the hospital or do ANY follow through what's so ever! In addition, I attempted to see her, Stephanie burkholder tonight as a concerned patient with my personal issue and she GUARANTEED she would call me tonight wiyh my X-RAY results. Of course n
