I was a patient of Stephanie Shank for several years, she is the most caring and dedicated health professional that I have met. She takes time to listen and she always follows up with her patients. I was seeing her in Hagerstown, but ended up having two major back surgeries at Mercy hospital in Baltimore. During my recovery, my pharmacy called me stating that I had prescriptions ready for pickup. It turned out that Stephanie made sure that I didn’t run out of medications even though I hadn’t seen her for over three months. To me, that demonstrated her dedication to her patients.
