Stephanie Berglund

She was not interested in getting to the bottom of very specific issues with our marriage and even used the term “kid gloves” when discussing her approach. I think we saw her for almost a year. We would end up feeling worse after leaving her office. Luckily my marriage survived this and we are now very happy, started a family and ultimately we were able to set boundaries with the person intruding in our marriage but it took a lot of pain and a few years. We decided to prioritize each other, just doing that really changed everything-I remember Stephanie felt we needed to accept things as they were, intrusions and all. I would not recommend her.

Stephanie's approach is unique in that she is compassionate and caring, challenges and tests you, then supports and provides the tools needed to get you where you need to be. She is also hilarious. She blends her years of experience, deep knowledge base and personal happenings to craft sessions that have resulted in me making more progress with her in six months than I had made with previous my previous therapist in six years. Stephanie is prolific, to say the least.
