Stasia Tell, FNP

Having gone through some very difficult times in my life, the medical care that Stasia Tell provided for me is what truly got me through. There is not one time that I have received anything less at any of the appointments. She greets you with the most beautiful, warm smile that right there heals you instantly. It really shows how much she loves her patients and how present she is. I'm always taken back at how confident she is with her assessment, and how quickly she identifies the problem. I think it all has to do with how much she truly cares, and how fortunate I've been to have this quality care. On top of everything she is one of the smartest people I know. What luck. How gentle, caring and dedicated she is. She's always on time, she's precise, and pays very close attention to detail. Thank you, Stasia. I'm a mom to a beautiful 7 year old little girl and without the quality care of Stasia, she wouldn't have a mom so present and healthy. I am forever grateful.

Stasia came in to the room with such a cold demeanor. Told me to remove my clothes from waste down without even introducing herself or looking me in the eye. When I politely declined the routine Pap smear that she tried to push me into doing, she got combative and short with me. Then I did not want to proceed with a vaginal exam because she was really aggressive in doing my external one (I’m 3 months postpartum). When I declined the exam she got angry and basically ended the appointment right there on the spot saying she can’t help me. It was so awkward. I left the office crying and probably won’t return to Sutter because of this. Worst experience with a doctor ever! She had open availability to see me the following day I called to schedule, which should’ve been the first red flag. Please do yourself a favor and don’t see this NP.

I’ve been receiving care from Stasia for many years and she is by far the best provider I’ve ever had! If you need a safe, kind and excellent provider she’s the best!

Not sure exactly why, but I am wanting to see a naturopath who asked me for some bloodwork so naturally, I tried to go through my primary care doctor, in order to save a bit of money. Stasia the nurse practitioner who took my call. Immediately before I even said anything, she was extremely combative saying that why would you get bloodwork if you had it one year ago. Well I’m not sure but I think either way maybe it’s not so abnormal to get bloodwork once a year? in any event, she even went as far as calling me names. formal complaint has been filed

Very rude and had absolutely horrible bed side manners. Does not listen to the patient. Do not scheduled an appointment with her!

I saw her to establish care and have some basic labs drawn. She sat at her computer the whole time and didn't assess me once. She didn't ask me any questions about my health or past medical history. Then when I asked her to order basic labs on me as a new patient she refused, saying I didn't need those tests because I was healthy. I had to schedule another appointment with her only to tell her that I too hold a similar position as her in the medical field and again ask her to order my labs. At that point, she finally ordered them. She was very unprofessional and at the end of the day seemed to only care about her clinic budget more than the actual patient.

DO NOT GO TO STASIA. My experience was absolutely terrible, that I ended up leaving the app early due to her unprofessional rude demeaning behavior. I was hoping to find out more information on what was going on with my foot but was greeted with a negative energy and tone as soon as she entered the room. As a healthcare professional I expected to be treated more respect than for her to belittle my questions and make rude facial and hand gestures at me. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional.

Terrible. Inappropriate prescribing of controlled substances. Unprofessional bedside manor.

Primary care provider for me and my wife, she is amazing person and very caring. Highly recomended
