I have been on estradiol patches for years. I saw her and asked is there a lower dose I could try? Yes she prescribed it! However I didn’t start it because I had been going through hot flashes and emotional stress at the time after our appointment! So I called and pharmacy called to have her continue prescribing my patches I had been taking since I didn’t try the lower dose! She said no I need to see the doctor! I said I came there to see a doctor in the beginning and ask questions about menopause why would she give them to me and then refuse! Absolutely crazy! She has also been very misleading to me! Never again!

Didn’t listen. Didn’t read medical history. Didn’t follow up after labs. Didn’t answer questions to my satisfaction. After visit notes were inaccurate and showed she wasn’t listening.

As a woman who has been fat during much of my life, I've avoided healthcare due to bad experiences in the past. I thought Ms Selbert might be different, and she was up to a point. I declined to be weighed by her nurse and she was very good with the exam but when I accessed my medical records I was called obese in red letters (nice touch, by the way - even the cancer diagnosis wasn't emphasized that much). I asked why she called me that and got the party line but it left a very bad taste in my mouth. These people should post a sign: thin patients only.

I went to her for my first annual in 5 years along with other general health concerns. She listened and not only did my GYN stuff but also ordered a thyroid and hormone panel at my concern. Turns out they were pretty out of wack and she was quick to help me with treatment. I’m so glad to have found her! Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind!!!

Wonderful experience. Took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Very thorough. Very happy with my experience.

She is brilliant! She actually listens to you and cares about you. Very happy to find her as my doctor.
