Stacie was very professional. Her caring attitude always came across. She knows her subject matter & answered every one of our questions clearly & precisely. She was a joy to work with. I never felt rushed. I felt like I could contact her any time I had a concern. The whole team at WMG has been great every step of the way. I am a new resident of Brentwood & thankful I live here now.

Either through ineptitude or deceit, billed for services she did not perform. Was then unwilling to correct the error when appealed.
