My 89 year old mother went to Stacey Olivier in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for a spot on her arm. She wanted to do a shave biopsy. My sister questioned her that mom was on blood thinners. Olivier said no problem. After returning to assisted living, the spot continued bleeding and she had to be taken to emergency in an ambulance at 5:00 am. Four days later, still bleeding. After a pint of blood and five days in the hospital, she was moved to rehab for two weeks. Now infusions and injections because her blood counts are so poor. She is very run down and weak. Olivier’s lack of knowledge has caused significant harm and I would never recommend her or this practice.

My usual dermatologist left the practice so I went to Olivier for just a prescription refill. She was extremely rude and rushed. I am not going back and do not recommend.

My PCP sent me to her for specialized care. I received inexperienced nonsense. Will never visit West Michigan Dermatology again.
