She was the provider assigned to my parents when their PCP retired. She has been horrible to deal with. Prescriptions constantly called in to wrong pharmacy, called in incorrectly, and not responding to pharmacies when they call to clarify. When she was made aware they were changing to a new PCP she said “I won’t take you back!” And now she has instructed the pharmacy to not refill his order for lancets for his blood sugar checks. So, they’re without a PCP for two months. Which is better than having her. That has become apparent.
