I had an appointment with Sonia Ripley on Tuesday May 16, 2023. My phone was working and the Care Connect app was working and I was able to see and hear clearly. My therapist told me that my picture was clear and my voice was not clear and told me to drive to a different location. When I arrived there my voice was still not clear. When I asked to continue the session by telephone, I received the response:: I DON'T DO TELEPHONE SESSIONS! We were twenty minutes into the session and I was scheduled for a 53 minute session. The final words to me were: DRIVE HOME SAFELY. I became very upset because I was feeling a deep sense of abandonment and not being card about because I was not given the treatment that I was scheduled to receive. I called CHE Behavioral Heath and I was told that when the video is not working well, I need to be given my session over the telephone so that I receive the treatment that I am scheduled to receive.
