Poor experience over three appointments. Did not explain my condition. Unwilling to look at a rash that developed between appointments because “there was nothing she was going to do about it today.“ Tech asked more questions and showed more interest not as a medical scribe or with process of sharing this information with clinician but rather because they took two minutes and actually seemed to care. She did not read my chart or realize previous treatment initiated until pointed out. Inexcusable

Sonja does an excellent job of listening to patient concerns and reaching a diagnosis after thoroughly checking all symptoms and conducting necessary tests. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
