Absolutely Recommend
Jessie is an incredible therapist! I’ve been out of therapy for a little over 6 months, and I still frequently think about lessons I learned and conversations I had with Jessie. The office is also very nice, quiet, and private.

Super helpful and encouraging!!
Telehealth
I was able to meet with Jessie Beebe. I overall had an amazing experience. Jessie really helped me to thrive and handle my problems better especially as a busy student. I have recommended many friends to her as a therapist!

I love Dr. S. She makes me feel so comfortable. She is genuine, kind, and really good at what she does. I feel better knowing she is there for me. With the tools, she has given me, I can finally keep it together at work and home. I think that anyone who is anxious or feeling panicky would benefit from seeing her.

We needed couples counseling and a friend of mine recommended us to go see Sonila. We both felt heard, understood, non judged but most importantly resolved our issues. It was a good experience. She was very easy to talk to, kind, and direct. I could tell we made the right choice after the first few visits. Thank you for helping us heal.

I cannot recommend Sonila highly enough. As a therapist, she carries herself with an authenticity and warmth that quickly inspire a sense of trust in the process of therapy. She is vibrant, truly caring, and approaches her work with profound respect and honor, holding space with a warmth and genuineness that reveals her nature as a companion and guide through difficult times and processes of personal growth. Her style is down-to-earth, while rooted in a breadth and depth of knowledge.

I have referred several of my friends to see Dr. Sejdaras! As a fellow mental health professional, I am very selective about the professionals that I will endorse, and even more selective about who I refer my friends to see for treatment. I have full confidence when I send a client to Dr. Sejdaras. I know she is incredibly competent in working with people from a variety of backgrounds and intersecting identities, and is gentle and compassionate.
