I am a 30 year old female seeing Sondra for therapy after a broken engagement. I can't tell you how much I look forward to our meetings. It gives me joy to know our appointment is coming up soon and I never dread speaking with her like other therapists in the past. It is like talking to a friend that always gives helpful advice/feedback. She is always kind and provides feedback in a helpful manner. She is non-judging and actually shares stories from her own life that are similar in some way. This helps me feel like I'm not alone in how I feel and that we are all human that need a little help sometimes. I would definitely recommend Sondra, A+.
