Excellent care and experience!
I was referred for assessment of a chronic issue. PA Patel listened carefully, asked further questions, and was careful and respectful during an (unavoidably) invasive examination of my sinuses and throat. I felt heard and was not at any point rushed along. PA Patel is extremely competent, thorough, and empathetic. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Highly recommended!
Very well-run office. Everyone with whom I had contact was exceptional, from the audiologists (yaay, Hearing Evaluation Services!) to the nurse to the PA (Ms. Patel) who was professional, attentive, and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend Ms. Patel and this office.

Understanding and empathic
Sonalee answered all of my questions and explained my situation very clearly. She helped me understand what was going on in my ear and what our plan was to deal with my situation. For the first time since I started suffering from my hearing problems I feel like there is a prognosis for dealing with an extremely annoying problem I am experiencing.

Didn’t seem interested in caring for me
She was in and out in less than 2 minutes, removed a minor wax in the ear canal and billed for more time and a full canal impactment. Also claimed in her notes that she explained the full procedure to me when she didn’t say anything at all before starting.

Thorough patient and kind
Visited for an ear infection causing Vertigo and Tinnitus. She listens to you concerns. Very effective at communicating my do different actions going forward. All of the staff from intake to Jeff and the audiologist who tested my hearing were super. Highly recommend
