Socorro Madrigal, LCSW

This has been a real struggle. I had a very difficult time getting a hold of Dr. Madrigal; I called the number given to me (the same number that comes up on Google) but the voicemail was too full. The person that referred me then gave my number to the secretary, who never called me. My doctor finally got a call from this lady, and was able to get me an appointment for next week. Well, today my doctor got a voicemail from this woman saying that she can't see me that day after all because she's booked. This is after everything I had to go through just to schedule the appointment in the first place. I can't even call back to reschedule because she called from an unknown number, and the number that I DO have is worthless because no one ever answers, and I can't leave a voicemail. I am continuing to struggle with finding a professional who can see me, and that I can afford. I am in a very dark place, and the way I've been treated makes me want to give up.

I have been seeing socorro for several years now and she has helped me grow so much. Together we worked on ways to coexist with my mental illness. She helped me accept myself for who I am. She truly is amazing.
