Staff member hung up when trying to make an appt??
I called to make appointment for my child for counseling. While giving a brief synopsis on his medical background as well as to find out did they take minors, i was hung up on no reason given. Not a therapist any parent wants, reason being if a patient is distressed and reaches out to a therapist will they to be hung up on. Thought wow, Dr. Wright is familiar with my childs medical conditions and would be more understanding of his issues. Definitely not if a child on the spectrum or an adult on the spectrum etc might be hung up on.
