I had a very negative interaction with her. She was rude and dismissive. Made me feel like a drug addict and was dismissive of my concerns and input.

Extremely unprofessional
Telehealth
She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I am in shock that she is a mental health practitioner. Her license should be revoked for her lack of care and disrespectful manner of interacting with patients. Do not go anywhere near this provider, ever.

If i could give zero stars I would. My appointment was over the phone from her car so she was late and distracted. Her personal was extremely rude and rushed. She refused to listen and kept responding with “what do you want” and then threw drug options my way. Mental health is such a critical and vulnerable area. I’m extremely appalled by this provider.

If zero stars were an option, that is what this practitioner would receive from me. Sima created an extremely stressful situation for this psychiatric patient by engaging in poor, incomprehensible communication, lying, attempting to cover her butt instead of taking care of an urgent patient need, and generally behaving in an unprofessional and unacceptable manner. I cannot stress this enough: do not entrust her with your care.
