came to her with severe trauma and depression, she stopped helping me when i told her therapy isnt a good fit. she suggested that i didn’t want to get better even though 1. therapy is around $400 a month and 2. therapy doesn’t work for everyone. she will not listen to your concerns and only has one approach towards things, and won’t consider any others. it’s disappointing how a health professional can tell someone “you don’t want help” when that someone has been visiting her for years. i would recommend going to someone else if you want to be heard out or validated.

I have been seeing Sierra since she joined the practice of Tanya Grun, MD. She is efficient, caring, helpful...all the things I look for in a doc. Easy to talk to and takes time with her patients.
