Waited for 30 minutes before she indicated she would not sign my form until test results came back even though form EXPLICITLY states that section is for the participant (me) to complete and send in with test result. I also have a broken foot and can’t get back to Vanderbilt to pick up form and have a deadline to submit for work. When I became frustrated, she laughed at me and asked if there was anything else she could do. I was there for a physical and she hadn’t even done that yet. Really? Can you help me with anything? How about my physical?? She just looked at me and I decided I didn’t trust her judgement anyway. I’ll follow up somewhere else and I’d recommend others stay away also.
