I must say, my experience with Richards left me feeling valued as a person. I think everyone can agree that healthcare in this day and age is an in and out business, but she was unlike any other. She took the time to hear me out and find the problem. There was no sense of rush, and a genuine interest was shown for what I experienced and other factors that I did not even think could be possibly related but was. I truly felt valued, and this released a great burden off my shoulders. I trust her judgement and love that she had an understanding of my culture and how that played into my care realistically. I was saddened when I moved and no longer had her as a provider, but she is truly a gem. If I was younger, I would have been back and forth to FL just to keep her.
