Shirley Romero, FNP

Shirley Romero is by far the worst nurse I have ever had. I've had this nurse for a year now. She is extremely rude and wants to get her appointments out of the way all the time and is annoying. I am always forced to do zoom meetings with her but regardless she is so rude. I once had an appointment with her for a breathign issue and heart palpitations. I felt like she didn't care what i had to say i was explaining myself like wait that isn't all and she cut me off with a "you know what you need to make another appointment It doesn't matter. another notably bad appointment was when i had lots of canker sores and i kept explaining and she said "I'm gonna have you tested for herpes" like are you kidding me? this woman is not meant for her job and she needs to called out for it. i hope this review can reach many and advise them. No wonder she's the only one always available.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was attended to by a Shirley Romero. Mrs. Romeros bedside manner is unprofessional & rude. At the beginning of our consult she was being verbally aggressive with her staff about the lack of information retrieved for a patients chart. She did not take my personal concerns about my medical issue into consideration when creating my care plan. Mrs. Romero was very upset, after I refused testing until speaking to a specialist. She stated "you dont believe me so go online & look up these tests." Never did I doubt her medical knowledge. She has a very aggressive & rude demeanor. I dont believe she's in this practice for the right reasons or maybe she's burnt out. However, she needs to develop
