My experience was outstanding. During previous counseling sessions, the counselors just listened and didn't offer any resolutions. Sheryl actually helped me get my emotions in order, suggested amino acids that have helped improve my mood, energy, and anxiety, and gave me tools to help me through difficult situations.

As a parent that I care and love very much my daughter of 17 years old, and I wanted to see her as a successful woman, I feel that this counseling was not appropriately for my daughter. I find her unprofessional and further I would not recommend her to my closes acquaintances, family and or friends.
