She does not return phone calls. She had me continually calling her office leaving messages just to schedule an appointment for a week until she finally called me back only to tell me "she's only a nurse practitioner and can't see me because I have bipolar disorder and I need to call my insurance company and find a psychiatrist". But on her website it states she treats bipolar disorder and states she has a psychiatrist on staff. ? She was very rude to me for no reason. I'm glad I had already moved on and found a new psychiatrist's office before she called me back. If this is the false advertising she gives out and if this is how she treats potential patients then I'm so happy I decided not to go to her office.

she is amazing with my kids they enjoy getting to see her. and also me is the first to help me get medication correct.

I seen this wack for 6 mon & should have left way before that. She is not easy to get in contact with, I once went 4 days without meds bc I wasnt able to get ahold of her for a week and a half. She said my emails went to "junk". Then she calls me practically yelling at me like it was my fault. She told me 10 min into an appt that her new eval pt was here and "we can talk fast." she also stopped emailing me back after she left to her own private practice. She caused me more stress than she helped

Sherry is unlike any other. Absolutely wonderful, very sweet, caring and most of all she is someone I trust fully with my overall mental wellbeing. I definitely reccomend her to others.

She is wonderful. I drive over 100 miles to see her, but would drive a thousand more to get the level of care I receive with Sherry Grogan!
