Excellent care! I love Ms. Franks as a PA and the Drs. and staff in the office are top line, personal,quick, and caring. They have been persistent in finding my heart disease and have, quite frankly, is Sherry and crew have saved my life more than once.

This was the perfect example of how broken the health care system is. First, I had to be vetted to see if I was an "appropriate patient". This involved an interview with the office manager who constantly implied I had back pain no matter how many times I denied it. I must look like a drug addict and it was humiliating and offensive. Franks never listened to anything I said, knew nothing about their services, and concluded with the most idiotic diagnosis. A waste of time and money.

  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
