Dismissive
First time seeing this practitioner at this office. Last time as well. Very dismissive of the few concerns I brought to my annual physical. Even dismissive of conditions my other practitioner was monitoring. Asked me if I had health concerns to discuss but then ignored them all. Do not recommend.

Lack of attention to detail AND did NOT listen
I had to change drs after 15+ years with my previous dr. I wrote down a complete list of medications, surgeries, conditions and allergies. Since the beginning of the year, I’ve had to address multiple issues such as medications not included in my chart, incorrect dosage when refilling multiple medications, with no apologies from her. She is very cold and impersonal. Overall, I would NOT recommend Sherrie Montellano NOR would I recommend New West Physicians. As soon as I can change jobs (and insurance) I will be looking for a new provider. I’ve had more conversations with various staff members than anyone with a medical degree. The staff is kind though.
