I bought a 3-session massage with Sherretha. My exeprience with her was during Oct. 2018 to Apr. 2019. Her scheduling process is horrible. Not timely. After scheduling, she had a lot of confusion about the schedule, and texted me to confirm a schedule for the wrong date. In addition, she changed the schedule back and forth. One star. Her communications are much to be desired. She asked for additional $10 for taxes. She demanded tips. She scolded me for not checking my cell for her SMS texts. O
