Appt was great but follow up appt not available until late January..7 months?? How is that helpful in providing care for pain? I think maybe you need more acupuncture practitioners. I finally scheduled at another UCI facility for a little sooner, but a major drive. I am glad that you do provide integrative services though. Thanks

Hello, good afternoon. No,(unreadable), my opinion for me is a very good group with both the doctor and the nurses and the people who work there for me have treated me very well and I would recommend to other people as recommended more people than there They serve well, really. I am happy.

Dr. Li and his medical assistant, {staff name removed}, are really kind and professional individuals. Dr. Li clearly knows what he is doing, and provides acupuncture in a very compassionate and patient manner. Acupuncture can be a very hard treatment for many individuals like myself who are petrified of needles. However, I feel like Dr. Li and his assistant do their best to make a hard situation pleasant.

Provider is wonderful, had a great experience with treatment. It would he had more availability. He staff said he only has one half day shift availability, so it's really hard to get an appointment with him. If he could do a full day or multiple days, that would be much better.

Dr. Li was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and skilled. He was able to diagnose and explain why I had been experiencing what I had. The treatment was also very relaxing and he made a very comfortable environment! My only suggestion/wish is that he had more availability as his appointments book out months in advance
