Ms. Harlow was a recovery coach, not a licensed professional counselor or clinical social worker, unless something has changed recently. Health insurance does not cover the services of life coaches, generally. So if insurance reimbursement or seeing a licensed counselor is important to you, you may wish to ask questions about that before you schedule.

She’s truly a gifted therapist. Shelly is guiding me through the process of understanding and healing the parts of myself that reach for substances. I’m letting go of paralyzing shame and learning different ways to respond in situations where I feel intense emotions. This work helps me more than AA ever could.
