Sheila is one of my top two best OB/Gyn providers. She was patient and listened to all of my concerns. She had knowledge-based and informed solutions to everything I needed help with. She set me at ease immediately and didn't seem to mind me being a little bit neurotic. I arrived early and was taken back right away. Even with her patiently addressing all of my needs, I still got out before my actual scheduled appointment time! And the front desk staff and medical assistant were kind and friendly. Thank you!

After finding a new provider from my insurance (United PPO) in-network provider list, I booked my appointment 3 months in advance, provided insurance and all pre-check required (which is a lengthy process) information a week before my visit, called to confirm that they had everything needed after receiving a text message that they were going to cancel my appointment because they didn’t have my insurance info, and was told I was ALL SET, I arrived 15 mins early as directed, and after 40 mins waiting they cancelled my appointment because they were unable to verify my insurance. The woman at the front desk told me she would call to reschedule after they verified my insurance and I haven’t heard back yet. Process Suggestion: schedule a daily report to run night before or morning of to include any patients who insurance hasn’t been verified, assign it to someone to own, so that at that point your staff has plenty of time to do your job so that patients aren’t turned away after making t

Sheila Tack is a wonderful Dr. She is very patient. She takes time to listen and will give any advice needed for the circumstance. She's very caring and compassionate and easy to talk to. Greatful to have her as my Gyn.
