She was very nice and the office staff are great, however I had three serious medical episodes where I had to seek outside help because she handled them inappropriately. The most significant was when I called to obtain a test and vaccination for measles because I had been exposed at work. I had the vaccination 24 years ago. My concerns were dismissed due to having no symptoms, and I did not get an appointment that I requested. A year later I'm pregnant and my OB's lab called to let me know I'm at high risk of contracting measles because my antibodies are very low. I'd been seeing this provider for around five years, and was under a lot of stress. I was extremely depressed and would have greatly benefitted from a referral at the time, but she never referred out and I didn't know who to go to. I had also asked for and was denied a referral to a gynecologist for a hormonal imbalance. Ultimately, she seriously neglects to use preventative practices, even when directly asked.
