I was at a crossroads in my life. I needed someone like a friend to help me through life, guide me, and help me get my life back on track. I got Sheena as a therapist. Because of Sheena, I am now in a happy relationship, have a good job, and I am finishing up college. I am very happy with Sheena and I have Sheena to thank for everything.

My son has been doing therapy with her. He was very depressed and suicidal, so I sent him to therapy. In a short while, he was no longer suicidal, he became more responsible, and is doing better in school these days. He is also less shy now. Sheena helped him a lot. I feel she saved my son's life. I strongly recommend Sheena as a therapist to everyone.

I had never been to therapy before meeting Sheena and she explained what therapy would be like. I enjoy my weekly therapy visits with her. My life has improved so much. I passed college because of her. She taught me study tips and techniques. Sheena helped me get scholarships and grants for college. She also helped me budget my money and figure out how to eventually pay off my student loans I got. Sheena also helped me while job hunting since she helped me put resume together, post resume on the internet, how to conduct an interview, etc. She is warm and friendly, but strict. Sheena is flexible with her schedule and time, but also knows how and when to set boundaries. I successfully passed college and got good job because of her. I feel like I owe her my life. She treats others like she would like to be treated with dignity, grace, and respect. Sheena is very straightforward, very honest, and a very ethical person. I consider Sheena to be a true hero.
