Yesterday my Dad was seen in the ER. We recently went and got him from his abusive home with his soon to be ex wife, I brought him in and had labs done and found out that he has extensive health problems. We have 6 children and are not equipped here to take care of him. We still haven't even heard from ANY of the referrals that were made for Cat Scan, Sleep Study, HEP C liver issues, dietician for his uncontrolled diabetes etc. We were advised to bring him to the ER so we can attempt to get SOME sort of help in helping him. Even if it was a sleep mask that fits and isnt being held together with electrical tape ( I have called every day to try to get this fixed.. NOTHING is happening) There was a terrible woman named Sheena in the ER, an assistant I believe.. who POINT BLANK told my Dad that we are trying to put him in a nursing home. When my fiance tried to stop her and defend us.. she said " you don't WANT to take care of him.. got it" She knows NOTHING about the history of this cas
