Shea Monroe, FNP

I cannot recommend Miss Monroe based on the care or lack of care I received with she was at Interventional, Pain and Spine. I don't think she is unprofessional and certainly lacks empathy for her patients. While she is with OrthoVirginia, I still can't recommend her for care.

I am a 61 year old woman, a guardian of a set of special needs triplets, and a grandmother of three. I have worked hard labor jobs as long as I could and in result of that I have Sciatica in my lower back and have had one back surgery that went wrong. Shea Jones is my pain management doctor. Recently I had a urine test that came back positive for cocaine. After hearing about the results and knowing full well that I haven't had any such substance I researched the medications that I am currently on and found that they may cause a positive urine test. I tried appealing the results with Shea and she refused to hear me out. I don't drink nor do I smoke anything other than cigarettes and Shea knows this. I've never done cocaine in my life!! In result of this, I was cut off of pain management and left in severe pain. 0 out 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
