Suffering from a lifetime of low-grade, chronic depression and anxiety punctuated by acute depressive episodes, after six-plus decades on this planet, Shayne Vitemb has shepherded me through recovery from a life-threatening and life-altering illness. She is kind, humane, gentle and actually LISTENS. Her guidance and insights are invaluable in navigating through the changing landscape of my life. Bad therapy can be very harmful to certain people. Strongly advise against this therapist if she actually still has a license to practice.
