Dr. Shayne Sheridan, OD

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Sheridan for many years for our eye exams. She is always professional, thorough, caring and friendly. We highly recommend her.

My husband and I have been seeing doctor Sheridan for over twenty years at various locations where she has practiced, and have always found her to be very thorough, professional, and personable. We have never had any issues at all with billing or with prescriptions. She has always treated us with respect and kindness. I can't speak to anyone else who had an issue with the office/billing, but I think it likely there's much more to the story and also likely to be unfavorable towards the person leaving such a hateful review.

Extremely unprofessional. Has business hours posted on her front door yet never follows them. You never know when they are opened or closed. Asked them to fax my prescription, said they would and my office NEVER received it. Will never return.

Horrible the office manager / receptionist is Extremely unprofessional and actually hung up the phone on me when I asked to send my records to another office since they suddenly no longer accepted our insurance . We paid upfront out-of-pocket nearly $500 to this office after they scammed us and told us that they did except our insurance. When we tried to have our records sent to another office they refused and have held our records hostage and refuse to give us the patients our records.

Dr Sheridan is kind and professional. It is a joy to be around her because she is so considerate and thoughtful. A lot of my family are patients of hers, she is that good. Her staff is well trained and makes you feel very comfortable when you walk in the door. Dr. Sheridan is also one of the most generous doctors I have ever met. Thank you, Patty Joyce
