She helped me with an embarrassing problem. I would recommend her expertise.

I arrived early for my appointment. I was called back after a kiosk check in and that was fine. Once in the room, it was clear that the reason for my appointment was not checked when making the appointment. Needed a foley catheter removed and following the after care plan from and ER visit, some additional stuff should have happened. NONE of the information in my medical chart was reviewed until I pushed to speak with a provider. Once she came in, she was trying to explain the purpose of my appointment with a new void trial. I knew this already and wanted to know why the aftercare plan from ER wasn't being followed and advised her that I had several tests done in ER. She was oblivious to anything I was talking about until she finally opened my medical file. Complete and total disappointment under the URMC world... No care or empathy extended for lack of appointment preparation. I just had a routine visit with my regular doctor and he had clearly looked at what I had been dealing with.

A terrible experience. She refuses to answer the simplest questions.

I was a new patient & first time seeing her. Terrible bedside manners, rude and automatically assumed I had bladder cancer due to a urine test I had done in Nov 2019 which showed a trace of blood. I was shocked. That's the last thing anyone would want to hear without even having a cysto! She also made me feel rushed because she came in 3 times to see if i had my paperwork done. She was very short in her answers and she made me feel uncomfortable. She kept saying, "um, ok" with everything I said. I will never go back to that practice or see her again. I should have walked out. The rudest, most uncaring Nurse Practitioner I have ever encountered. I also informed my PCP who referred me to a different practice.

I am the author of the 1-star review above, and would like to make clear that this was a review of my experience with her office as a whole, not of her in particular. She's actually been great (if/when you manage to get past the receptionists); very attentive and communicative, and I have absolutely no complaints about her as a practitioner. I'll leave five stars here to partly cancel the one star I left before. I stand by the one-star review of the office staff.
