NP Shawn has taken excellent care of my mother. She is positive, patient and thorough. Being in the sandwich generation is difficult but her follow through has helped to make managing my mother's health a little easier in the midst of my busyness. I appreciate her very much!

Ms Verner displayed inappropriate behavior due to her irrational judgement skills. Her academic knowledge of the elderly appears to weigh, severely more, than her actual hands on experience. Case at point 102 year dementia patient.
