If you are experiencing hearing issues, I strongly recommend Dr. Shawn Lancaster. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. His staff is also very easy to work with, the office convenient and accessible. Dr. Lancaster has been 100% in every aspect of my experience in purchasing and follow-up of my hearing instruments.

My visit went so smoothly. His staff is so nice and helpful. He is very nice and listened to my hearing concerns. The Hearing Aids he recommended were not the most expensive ones available and they were ones that would fit my needs and my budget.

Dr. Lancaster is very pleasant and kind. I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase hearing aids. He made a great recommendation for hearing aids and I am very pleased with the difference they have made in my life.
