After flying around the world, seeing dozens of therapists, this doctor (he's more than his title) is second to done. Period. Listen to Led Zeppelin, When the Levee Breaks and follow their advice. Go to Chicago. And see this guy.

Dr. Allen is one of the elite running injury specialists in the US. Sure, there are doctors who are runners, and while that is commendable, very few are true running injury specialist. I have seen plenty of doctors overs the years for running injuries, some good, some bad, but Dr. Allen is by far the best. He takes the time to listen, he asks questions, does tests, before spending some time digesting all the information before coming up with a customized plan. No cookie cutter approach here.
