Shaunna Dolby, CRNP

Third time I visited the office to feel unwelcome by NP Dolby. I was coached on scheduling procedures although I was not the one to schedule my own appointment the front office staff did. I was also told she leaves on leave tomorrow so basically forget my issue it wasn't important enough. This is not the first time NP Dolby has made me feel this way. Who cares if you are depressed basically, I don't matter to her because the appointment was scheduled wrong. I will not return to this office and do not recommend.

CRNP Dolby is amazing! Her warm and friendly personality made me feel like I had been her patient for a long time. She took her time addressing my questions and concerns with a no-rush approach, which was truly refreshing. It feels great to be treated as a valued patient. NP Shaunna Dolby has an amazing bedside manner. I told her about a very sensitive topic regarding my home life and she stopped to actually ask me how I was feeling and to provided me with possible resources. She didn't rush me and actually cared about me as a person.
