Makes me feel emotionally safe & supportive
I’ve been too many behavioral health specialists but was never able to understand what I was doing there. I knew I was anxious but not what was causing it. Sharon has been helping me figure that out. She makes me feel supported, safe & heard. She’s helped me make it easy for me to show up every week, and it’s been life-changing in the best way possible.
