This woman saved my life. She has such a great soul and she really knows what she is doing. It's great to go somewhere and for someone to be so helpful. I've been doing EMDR for about 2 years now to help with my ptsd. I've made so much progress since I started seeing her. I love this woman for how much she has helped me. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a therapist due to trauma. There are not a lot of good people in this world but Sharon is one of the greatest people I have ever met.

No, I would not recommend Sharon. I was there for EMDR therapy. The therapy was to start after 1-2 history sessions. I went a total of 5 times and the last session she asked me for a trauma time line. My thought was just what was I doing the last 5 sessions but giving her a trauma time line. She also had me find a safe place in one of the previous sessions. Again she asked me to find a safe place. She also told me she would push me to start the actual treatment.
