Lacks empathy, gaslights, & misdiagnosed me. Avoid
I will never forget how she made me feel in a time of need. Extremely rushed experience. Did not do a physical exam without me having to request it. Lacked empathy. Refused to treat me for strep when it was very textbook that it was a bacterial infection not a viral infection. Gaslight me as I cried begging for help after being sick for four weeks. Put false information in the medical note to follow. All of her shocking and unprofessional behavior and guess what… she was wrong. I had strep. Her medical assistant was very helpful after Sharde pitched a fit and left me in the room crying. Luckily I followed up with a provider elsewhere and got the care I so clearly needed. Unbelievable experience honestly. This is not her passion. She should do everyone a favor and leave nursing behind so she can pursue her side gig which is being a physical trainer.
