Knowledgeable and friendly, all around Fantastic!
I saw Dr. Switzer at NAMM 2025, when I got custom ear molds made for a Sensaphonics IEM system.She was amazing, friendly, efficient, provided great service, and answered all of my questions.I was concerned that I might not be able to get good molds made because I had a bit of earwax buildup. Despite that, she was still able to work with me to get the molds made.I just got my custom monitors and the mold she made of my ears was top notch, they fit perfectly, and I’m so happy with the results.I can’t recommend her enough, she made the whole experience great and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing audiology services.
