Shannon Spence, FNP

I rarely write reviews, but Shannon Spence is one of the best medical professionals I have ever seen, and I have followed her through 3 practices and plan to stay as long as she is in South Carolina. She listens, is compassionate, and does everything she can to help you. No, she doesn't know it all and doesn't pretend to. As a black young female, I'm often ignored or not taken seriously, but not with her; she has always gone above and beyond. She is truly the best!!

I’ve seen Shannon for several years and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and doesn’t brush them off like several other doctors I’ve seen. I have terrible anxiety but she always makes me feel comfortable and I don’t feel judged. I’m sad she left CMC but I’m planning to follow her if I can. Best doctor I’ve ever had in my 34 years of life.

She’s been an amazing doctor. I’ve followed her from one practice to another. Sad she’s leaving CMC and wish to follow her again. I’ve lived in three separate states up the East Coast and have only had one other like her. She’s phenomenal, listens, and cares.

I too love Shannon. She is going to a practice in Pawleys Island. I'm just not sure of the name as my husband has forgotten what she told him.

Shannon Spence is by far the best. She changed my quality of life for the better with her topnotch diagnostic skills and care. I hope to find out where she will be practicing.

I, too, like the previous comments have found Shannon to be the best healthcare provider I have ever had. She is genuinely concerned about her patients. Her leaving is a great loss to CMC and all those she treated. I will definitely be leaving CMC to follow whatever facility she goes to.

First of all, let’s start with the most important thing, Shannon. She is by far a people person she cares about how you’re feeling how to make you better how to better your life. She has made everyone in my world’s life better with our introduction to her. now for CMC first of all, I cannot wait to leave after I found out what they have done to Shannon. She is by far the most personable member of the Socastee staff, her nursing and her top notch and they decide to let her go to Make rule for a training facility. Are you kidding me? What is wrong with these people, Shannon wherever you land we are with you 110%, those of you haven’t met her when you do you will find the same results as I stated here. 5.0 is far from what you can say about Shannon. She is 10 CMC awful people and I cannot wait to leave you for wherever she goes and most everybody else that she knows will go with her. I hope it leads to your demise .

Shannon is the most caring and understanding FBP. She’s very busy but takes all the time you need with her. I can talk to Shannon about anything. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

I went to her after going to 3 other doctors ,whom , wouldn't help me , and she was a miracle!!!! For the first time in years I'm actually comfortable,and can leave me house...SHE helped me ,when no one would. GOD BLESS HER!

Shannon Spence is an awesome, caring, knowledgeable and thorough FNP. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and understood all that she had to say. The office staff is wonderful as well !

Just moved here from out of state and looked for many weeks for a new doctor. Found Dr. Spence and im so happy i did she is very caring very thorough and very understanding I would recommend her to anyone.
