I had occasion to visit Urgent Care today (7/5/16) and Ms. Shannon shaw was the medical professional that saw me. You was incredibly thorough in the evaluation of my symptoms and the possible causes. She ordered tests sequenced by the results of the previous one...with a final conclusion of make an appointment, w/labs, with your doctor on 7/7 to assure the prescribed medication performed to expectations. Her sense of urgency was potentially life saving...thank you Shannon Shaw!

Very inexperienced and dismissive of symptoms. Unfortunately you don't get to pick provider at Urgent care but I would avoid if possible. Very disappointing to feel as though diagnosis and treatment was predetermined before exam was complete. It's too bad that health care firms are more worried about not paying a Dr than obtaining a positive medical outcome.
