Unfriendly and unhelpful
Unfortunately the office manager was deeply unfriendly and unhelpful when it came to scheduling an appointment. Her only response to questions about becoming a new patient was that no new patients had been seen in 2 years, there was no wait list, and the best thing to do would be to "call back in 2 years". She said this all with the dismissiveness usually experienced only at the DMV. I'm sure Shannon is excellent, but she may want to reconsider training for patient-facing roles.

My wife had an acute infection and a friend recommended her. We were more than pleased with her focused attention, caring attitude, and appropriate humor. As a retired physician, I wish more of our profession came close to Shannon's level of care.
