I have been seeing Shannon for 2 years now....I wish I had made the decision to do so years earlier! She provides a safe place to heal, listens...truly listens. She reads the literature or does the exercises prior to suggesting, which helps in trust for me and also keeps me accountable. She has been gracious with scheduling to always meet needs and i have had no issue with insurance/ provider. Top notch!

Shannon is one of the best. I have seen a few counselors in my life but never got past the first few visits with any of them because they were cookie cutter text book therapists. with no real life experience. She is extremely intelligent, experienced and genuine. I highly recommend her.

Disgusted of my experience with this person, outside of my first couple of sessions, she NEVER wrote anything down for 2 years. The notes I finally received were put together last minute b/c the timeline doesn’t match up with major events of my life and when I told her about them or are entirely false. This has been completely counterproductive to my recovery as well as unprofessional and grossly negligent. She saw me as easy money, beware and make sure she’s doing the job she charges you for.
