Shannon Mortensen is a great asset to North Idaho Dermatology. Been going to her for several years for skin care needs and cosmetics. Her entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Shannon Mortensen is amazing. Her knowledge level is that of an M.D. with years of experience and excellent training. She saved my daughter who had a melanoma. Her understanding of skin disease and how it can be a manifestation of systemic disease is remarkable. She is professional, friendly, and down to earth.

Shannon is pretty short and sometimes borderline rude with her patients. She gets the job done but I always felt like less of a human being after leaving her office.
